Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a HoReCa Sales Manager based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The HoReCa Sales Manager will focus on driving sales growth by building and maintaining relationships with hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses in the region. Key responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, managing accounts, negotiating contracts, leading sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves regular market visits to expand the company's presence and gather insights for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies, account management, and contract negotiation within the HoReCa industry.
  • Expertise in business development, relationship management, and identifying market opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills tailored to diverse client interactions.
  • Experience in market analysis and devising actionable strategies for business growth. Proficiency with CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering measurable results in a competitive FMCG market.
  • Ability to work independently, travel extensively, and adapt to dynamic market conditions.
  • Previous experience in a similar HoReCa sales role or in the food and beverage industry is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
