Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential HoReCa clients (hotels, restaurants, catering services) in given region.
• Pitch and promote our range of live and fresh fish products with emphasis on quality, freshness, and supply consistency.
• Conduct regular market visits, product tastings, and client demos as needed.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and supply schedules with clients.
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships.
• Work closely with our farm and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Track sales metrics, provide weekly reports, and offer market insights to improve offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in seafood, FMCG, meat, poultry, or cold-chain segments.
• Existing network in HoReCa is a

  strong advantage

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, field-ready, and target-driven.
• Passionate about food and sustainable sourcing.
• Fluent in English and local language(s).
