Home Loan Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager for HL/LAP division in Pune, your responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing the HL/LAP division for your region. - Building, motivating & driving a high-performing sales and distribution team. - Managing and strengthening relationships with banks, NBFCs, and builder channels. - Developing business strategies and frameworks for effective growth. - Coordinating with internal teams (RMs, CSMs, KAMs) for smooth business delivery. To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with: - Minimum 3+ years of experience in Home Loans / LAP / Mortgages (Bank/NBFC/Financial Institutions). - Strong understanding of loan lifecycle management and local market knowledge. - Excellent communication, negotiation & client servicing skills. - High-energy professional with a growth mindset and passion for technology-driven finance.
