Home Loan Sales Manager[SBI SECURITIES]

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales growth for home loan products by developing and implementing effective strategies.
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key channel partners (builders, brokers, DSAs).
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
