Home Loan Sales Manager

As a Home Loan Sales Manager at Nido Home Finance in Kurla, Mumbai, your primary role is to source CLM and HL business from distributors and cross-sell channels. Your key responsibilities include: - Building and maintaining relationships with all DSAs to ensure activation and increased penetration of Nido share in business - Appointing new DSAs for sourcing CLM and HL loans - Providing training to DSAs and their FOS on Nido policy and products - Communicating with customers and DSAs regarding the status of loan applications - Ensuring compliance with laid down documentation for loan applications - Managing the productivity of FOS in case of RM team In terms of functional responsibilities, you will be responsible for managing yield and fee targets through the product mix between Home Loan and CLM, revenue generation through Processing Fee and Insurance Cross Sell, and monthly disbursement targets for HL & CLM as per company policy. You will also be tasked with appointing new DSAs and increasing penetration of existing DSAs YOY, as well as engaging with DSAs to ensure target achievement by them, OTD, and PDD closures. Job Requirements: - Qualifications: Graduation in any stream - Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience - Functional Competencies: Good understanding of Midticket CLM business, good selling skills, high negotiation skills, knowledge of loan documentation, and working knowledge of legal and technical aspects of real estate - Behavioral Competencies: Strong Sales orientation, strong networking in the market, problem-solving skills, conflict management, strong interpersonal and persuasive skills, and if handling teams, then people management skills Benefits include cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
