The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and customer service, with experience in secured loan products such as LAP or home loans. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field visits, references, and tele-calling for Loan Against Property Meet clients to understand their financial needs and loan eligibility Assess property documents and coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing and disbursement Guide customers regarding interest rates, EMI, tenure, and documentation Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and banks for smooth processing Achieve monthly targets and maintain strong customer relationships Prepare and maintain MIS reports and daily activity logs Candidate RequirementsExperience: 6 months to 3 years in LAP, home loan, or secured loan sales Education: Graduation preferred Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Local area knowledge of Jaipur is a must Must have a two-wheeler and a smartphone Comfortable with field work and client visits Perks & Benefits Fixed salary with attractive incentives Career growth opportunities in the BFSI sector On-the-job learning and exposure to loan processing with leading banks/NBFCs Core Skills for LAP Executives1. Sales & Business Development Lead generation (field visits, referrals, telecalling) Client acquisition & relationship building Cross-selling and up-selling financial products Target-oriented approach 2. Loan Product KnowledgeDeep understanding of Loan Against Property, Home Loans, Mortgage Loans Knowledge of bank/NBFC processes, eligibility criteria, and documentation Understanding of secured lending regulations 3. Credit & Risk AssessmentAssessing income documents and repayment ability Basic knowledge of credit score/CIBIL Risk profiling and property valuation basics 4. Documentation & ComplianceHandling of property papers, legal reports, and technical evaluations Coordination with banks/NBFCs for file login, sanction, and disbursement Understanding of KYC, regulatory norms, and loan agreements 5. Communication & NegotiationStrong verbal and written communication (Hindi & English) Negotiation with clients for rates, terms, and conditions Liaising with banks, clients, and internal teams 6. Market & Local KnowledgeUnderstanding of real estate market in the local area (e.g., Jaipur) Network of builders, brokers, and agents 7. Tech & ReportingProficiency in basic tools: MS Excel, CRM software Maintaining MIS reports and follow-ups Using smartphone apps/tools for on-field updates
