We are looking for a dedicated Home Loan Assistant to join our team. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with various banks, introducing our home loan assistance program to new bookings, and managing the conversion process. This role involves regular follow-ups with banks, handling objections, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
1. Client Conversion: Reach out to new bookings to introduce and explain the home loan assistance program
2. Coordinating with Banking partners: Work closely with banking partners to ensure timely processing and approval of loans.
3. Follow up: Manage the conversion process from lead generation to loan approval.
Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple relationships and follow up effectively.
• Experience in the home loan or banking industry is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
