Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Consultation:

  • Package Design:

    Create customized holiday packages that meet the specific needs and preferences of clients. This includes planning itineraries, booking flights, accommodations, and activities.

  • Sales and Promotion:

    Promote and sell holiday packages through various channels. Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

  • Travel Coordination:

    Coordinate all aspects of travel logistics, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for clients. This includes handling bookings, confirmations, and any changes or cancellations.

  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after their travel.

  • Market Research:

    Stay updated on travel trends, new destinations, and industry developments. Conduct research to provide clients with the best travel options and experiences.

  • Vendor Liaison:

    Collaborate with travel vendors, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators, to secure the best rates and services for clients.

  • Problem Solving:

    Address and resolve any travel-related issues or emergencies that may arise, ensuring client satisfaction and peace of mind.

  • Documentation:

    Ensure all travel documents, including visas, insurance, and itineraries, are accurately prepared and provided to clients in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
  • 2 - 6 years of experience in the travel industry, with a focus on holiday planning and sales.
  • Extensive knowledge of international and domestic travel destinations.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in travel booking software and tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
