Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Promote and sell ready-made holiday packages to customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, online platforms, and in-person interactions. Understand customer needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations and tailor holiday packages to meet individual requirements. Manage holiday packages from conceptualization to execution, ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients. Develop itineraries based on client preferences and budget constraints. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during their trip. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient processing of bookings and timely communication with clients. Maintain accurate records of sales activities on GTX, customer interactions, and bookings using CRM software or other tracking systems. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and training to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in destination management or related field (travel sales, tourism). Strong knowledge of holiday packages, itinerary planning, and travel sales principles. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and suppliers. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
