Job Description

Designation : BDM (Corporate Sales)

Location : Lower Parel, Mumbai & Fraser town, Bengaluru

Roles and Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate travel sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their travel requirements and offering customized solutions.
Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and quotations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to secure long-term business partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, ticketing, visa, and finance) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closing and after-sales support.
Track sales performance and generate regular reports on pipelines, forecasts, and client feedback.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-4 years of experience in corporate sales or business development management.
Strong understanding of corporate selling, corporate sales, event planning, field sales, holiday packages, leisure travel, sales strategies.

Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients.
