Promote and sell ready-made holiday packages to customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, online platforms, and in-person interactions.
Understand customer needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations and tailor holiday packages to meet individual requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and generate referrals.
Collaborate with internal teams, including ticketing and operations, to understand promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and upcoming products.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities on GTX, customer interactions, and bookings using CRM software or other tracking systems.
Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and training to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
