Job Summary:

International Holiday Package Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell

    international holiday packages

    to leisure and corporate clients.
  • Handle inbound leads through calls, emails, and walk-ins, converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Prepare

    customized itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals

    based on client needs and budgets.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global destinations, visa requirements, airline routes, and hotel options.
  • Upsell additional services such as travel insurance, sightseeing tours, airport transfers, and excursions.
  • Coordinate with internal reservations and operations teams for bookings and documentation.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly international sales targets.
  • Provide professional pre-travel and post-travel support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain client records and follow up for repeat and referral business.
  • Stay updated on current promotions, market trends, and competitor pricing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of

    experience in international holiday package sales

    (preferably with a reputed travel agency or DMC).
  • Strong destination knowledge for popular regions (Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, USA, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and sales negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with travel booking systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or similar) and MS Office.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Fluency in English is a must; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Russian, etc.) are a plus.
