How You’ll Spend Your Time: A minimum of 2 years of significant US tax experience in a public accounting firm or industry position with substantial exposure on taxation of U.S., Experience in Tax reporting and compliance requirements. Preparing tax returns of Individual Tax Return Form 1040, Trust returns Form 1041, Multi-State Returns and international tax Reporting forms like, FINCEN FORM 114, Form 8938, 5471, 5472 etc. Business Tax return like C Corporate 1120 and Partnership Tax return 1065 experience is a plus and should have good understanding of financial statements as per GAAP and Tax laws. Perform review of tasks and processes of Tax return preparation and delivery.
