Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HK Executive/Supervisor/Room Boy to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotels and restaurants, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff activities to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing improvement and provide feedback to staff members.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment related to housekeeping.
Train and mentor new employees on housekeeping procedures and best practices.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping within the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels or restaurants.
Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols, safety procedures, and quality control measures.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
