Main responsibilities:

  • Develop new channel partners in the assigned territory
  • Distributor & Territory Management
  • Market / WOD planning with distributor and ensure execution to achieve market share objective
  • Forecast Planning, Sales Planning & Target Delivery as per AOP
  • Regular communication with all the distributor & monitoring sales
  • Secondary Sales Management and Market Collection

Qualifications:

Degree:

  • Graduation from Commerce or management background/ Postgraduate

Experience & Skills:

  • 3- 10 years experience in the Channel Sales and Distribution network
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with the key stakeholders
  • Customer & market orientation: Anticipate and addresses evolving customer and market needs & build close and sustainable customer relationships
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
  • Proficiency in Regional language
  • Stability in the past companies
  • Presentable
