Location:

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 1 year of

    experience in technical support

  • Excellent

    communication and problem-solving skills

  • Strong understanding of

    Microsoft products and troubleshooting techniques

  • Willingness to work in

    night shifts (US hours)

  • Graduate or Undergraduate with relevant experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and assist customers with

    technical issues

  • Troubleshoot Microsoft products

    (Windows OS, Outlook, Office Suite, etc.)
  • Provide resolutions to technical queries related to hardware/software
  • Maintain high levels of

    customer satisfaction (CSAT)

  • Ensure timely and accurate logging of issues
