Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Lead to support business leaders with strategic and operational hiring initiatives. The role focuses on driving recruitment excellence, workforce planning, and managing end-to-end hiring processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

• Lead and manage a team of 2–3 recruiters to achieve hiring targets
• Mentor and coach recruiters to improve sourcing and business alignment
• Track recruitment KPIs and ensure timely closure of positions

Recruitment Strategy & Execution

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand workforce requirements
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and processes
• Enhance employer branding and candidate experience

Stakeholder & Data Management

• Act as a strategic advisor on talent availability and market trends
• Use data and recruitment metrics for informed decision-making

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze hiring metrics
• Knowledge of Indian HR policies and employment laws
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Educational Qualification

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per year
