Responsibilities

We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our hiring efforts at The Salad House. Your role will include:

• Assisting in hiring for key roles: Commis Chefs, OJTs, Interns & Kitchen Staff
• Building outreach with top hospitality colleges and culinary institutes
• Supporting end-to-end hiring — sourcing, screening, scheduling trials, and onboarding
• Supporting inventory management tasks like stock tracking, recording usage, and helping maintain accuracy in kitchen supplies.

Qualifications

• Fresher or 0–1 year of experience in recruitment (hospitality/F&B hiring is a plus, but not mandatory)
