Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen items promptly
• Dispose of waste and ensure garbage areas are kept clean and organized
• Support kitchen staff by assisting with basic prep work when needed (e.g., peeling, washing vegetables)
• Keep storage areas organized and ensure all items are stored safely
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards consistently
• Refill soap, sanitizer, and cleaning supplies as needed
• Help receive and organize deliveries when required.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a kitchen steward or utility role preferred but not mandatory
• Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness practices
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliability and punctuality
