About the role : We are seeking a seasoned Mexican Food Consultant with a strong track record of culinary innovation, operational expertise, and deep-rooted knowledge of traditional and contemporary Mexican cuisine. This is a strategic consulting role aimed at building a differentiated, authentic, and scalable Mexican food experience for a modern consumer audience. Key R esponsibilities Lead the end-to-end conceptualization and development of a signature Mexican menu, including mains, sides, sauces, beverages, and desserts. Establish robust SOPs and recipe documentation to ensure operational consistency across locations and formats.
