Open Positions1. Project Sales Engineer – Solar, CCTV & Electrical Automation

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert into project sales for Solar, CCTV, and Automation systems.
• Understand client requirements, propose customized solutions, and prepare proposals.
• Coordinate with technical teams for design, costing, and execution.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in project sales (preferably Solar/CCTV/Automation).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

2. Project Engineer – Solar, CCTV & Electrical Automation

Responsibilities:

• Execute solar, CCTV, and automation projects from planning to commissioning.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and technicians.
• Ensure quality installation and adherence to timelines.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Solar / CCTV / Electrical works.
• Strong problem-solving ability and project execution skills.

3. Project Manager – Solar, CCTV & Electrical Automation

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously (Solar Rooftop, CCTV, Automation).
• Lead engineering teams and allocate resources effectively.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities.
• Prepare reports and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of proven experience in project management.
• PMP / Project Management certification (preferred).
• Strong leadership, planning, and team-handling skills.
