Role Overview

We are seeking software consultants and trainers, who are passionate about

• AI & Data Science domains
• Networking Technologies, especially in Cisco, CompTIA N+ stack
• Security techniques within the domain given as under EC Council or CompTIA certifications like CEH, CPENT, CHFI,CSA or S+ etc.
• Cloud domains - Google, AWS or Azure

and love mentoring the next generation of IT professionals/interns. Will be responsible to provide related training and to take in - house batches of interns and students. The consultant will deliver instructor-led training programs aligned with official certification tracks and related technologies to ensure high knowledge transfer, along with mentoring students toward successful certification. This has to make the scholars achieve their career outcomes and make them achieve certification in the relevant networking technologies. You will be part of a mission to upskill and reskill India’s youth for global careers.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class training programs in AI, Cloud, Data Science, Network, Security stack technologies especially in Certification areas and related technologies.
• Guide students to achieve international certifications
• Create engaging curriculum, labs, and projects aligned to industry standards
• Mentor learners on real-world AI projects, security domains, Router/Switches configuration and other network security devices use cases, and security practices
• Design and deliver curriculum, lab exercises, and certification-oriented workshops.
• Conduct hands-on labs, case studies, and real-world projects/ simulations.
• Provide mentorship and academic guidance to students, ensuring their learning objectives and certification targets are met.
• Stay updated on the latest Network technologies and certification requirements.
• Collaborate with the Academic Excellence team to enhance training content and improve learner outcomes.
• Inspire the next generation of global cloud professionals

Required Skills & Experience

• At least 1 year of industry or training experience in AI related certifications, CCNA Routing & Switching or EC-council/ CompTIA Network+, CEH, CPENT, AWS/Cloud related curriculum.
• Hands-on expertise in handling and managing related technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud, Security, AI, Network protocols, architecture, OR including network security and Firewalls in IOS and NX-OS
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
• Must hold at least one or more global certification in the above tracks(preferred)
• Inspire the next generation of global Cisco networking & Enterprise security professionals
• Should have ability to learn and re - deliver in a short time span.

Preferred Certifications

• EC council, CCNA , CCNP, AWS, Azure , GCP, CompTIA, AI specific or related certifications/skills (atleast one preferred)
