Job Title: Academic Counsellor (Fresher) Location: Kochi Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers Welcome) Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to join our team. As a fresher, you will play a key role in guiding students about our courses, helping them choose the right program, and supporting them throughout the admission process. Key Responsibilities: · Handle inquiries and provide information about courses and programs · Counsel students (via phone, email, and in-person) to help them make informed decisions · Maintain student records and follow up on leads · Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for smooth onboarding · Convert leads into admissions · Achieve targets Skills Required: · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet usage · Ability to understand student needs and provide appropriate guidance · Positive attitude and willingness to learn Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline Salary: 15K and above.
