3 Field Sales Orientation Being in the high connect and high service industry the role holders a major portion of the day is spent conducting field visits, local as well as outstation
4 Soft Aspects 1. Self-Initiator 2. Solution Orientation 3. Execution Rigor 5 Communication Skills • Should have excellent communication skills • Should be fluent in the local language 6 Education B.E / B.Tech / Diploma (Electronics / Electrical / instrumentation) Management Qualification is preferred
