Job Description

Position:

Key Responsibilities:

Understand SLA requirements and ensure operational execution as per client expectations
Coordinate with the vendor team for deployment of Aadhaar Enrolment Centers
Monitor smooth functioning and output of enrolment centers
Handle branch-level escalations and resolve issues promptly
Train operators periodically in line with UIDAI guidelines
Ensure service quality and proper training for all operators
Monitor enrolment performance and quality across branches as per UIDAI standards
Plan proactively to improve production outcomes
Conduct surprise audits to ensure compliance
Prevent and report any fraudulent activities at enrolment centers
Resolve technical issues within stipulated timelines to avoid downtime
Document all activities with relevant evidence
Prepare and submit MIS reports to the client daily
Participate in weekly review meetings and report progress
Take initiative to improve processes and share suggestions with management
Analyze competitor activity and identify potential areas for improvement

Required Skills:

Strong communication skills in
English & Kannada
is preferred.
Willingness to travel across India as per project needs
Good operations and customer service skills
Effective team and vendor management
Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
Ability to work independently as well as within a team
Proficiency in
Excel and PowerPoint
for presentations
