HIRING FOR PROCESS TRAINER IMMEDIATE JOINERS

Role:

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Training delivery (Voice/Non-voice/Process as applicable)
  • Ability to design, plan & execute training modules
  • Good presentation & facilitation skills
  • Stakeholder management
  • Monitoring and evaluating trainee performance
  • Conduct process training for new hires and existing employees
  • Develop, update & maintain training materials, SOPs, and assessments
  • Ensure training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and continuous improvement
  • Track trainee progress and share performance reports with the management
  • Coordinate with Operations, Quality, and HR teams for smooth onboarding and training schedules
  • Conduct refresher training sessions as required
  • Ensure process compliance and maintain training standards
  • Support floor performance during nesting period
