Role Overview

Facebook Ads

drive patient acquisition at the lowest possible cost while maintaining compliance, accuracy, and high-quality lead flow.

This role requires strong analytical thinking, creative ideation, and deep understanding of healthcare-specific ad strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement high-conversion strategies for healthcare niches (Implants, Aligners, RCT, Hair, Skin, etc.)
  • Build, manage, and optimize FB + Google campaigns across Search, Display, Video, and Lead Gen
  • Create audience blueprints, retargeting flows, and funnel strategies specifically for healthcare

Campaign Optimization

  • Monitor daily performance and continuously optimize for CPL, CPC, quality score, ROAS
  • Conduct A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, offers, and audiences
  • Implement advanced remarketing and intent-based audience segmentation

Data Tracking & Reporting

  • Evaluate performance using GA, GTM, Ads Manager & attribution tools
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights
  • Recommend strategic improvements backed by clear data

Budget Management

  • Manage monthly budgets efficiently and ensure consistent lead quality
  • Track cost metrics and ensure campaigns meet performance KPIs

Collaboration & Communication

  • Coordinate with creative, content, and strategy teams to align campaigns with client goals
  • Participate in client discussions when needed, presenting insights in simple terms
  • Ensure all creatives and ad copies meet healthcare compliance guidelines

Skills & Qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum

    2 years hands-on

    experience in Facebook & Google Ads
  • Proven track record of generating leads/patient inquiries
  • Strong understanding of healthcare ad funnels is a

    big advantage

Technical Skills

  • Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with conversion tracking, pixel setup, and event optimization
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, bid strategies, and audience research

Analytical Skills

  • Ability to read data deeply and make fast optimization decisions
  • Experience with dashboards (Data Studio/Power BI) is a plus

Creative & Communication

  • Ability to collaborate on ad creatives that resonate with healthcare audiences
  • Strong written & verbal communication for internal and client-facing discussions
