Roles and Responsibilities

Manage client relationships through effective communication, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients for Priority Banking services.
Authorize transactions, manage cash handling responsibilities, and maintain accurate records.
Provide exceptional service delivery by resolving queries promptly and efficiently.
Develop strong relationships with existing clients to increase loyalty and retention.
