Job Description

Operations Manager

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of the distribution and supply chain landscape. You will be responsible for overseeing all operational processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee supply chain management, logistics, and vendor management processes.
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to drive performance and ensure smooth operations.
Leverage ERP systems and advanced MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Optimize operational workflows and resolve complex issues with a solutions-driven approach.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions.

Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum 15 years in supply chain management, logistics, or vendor management.
At least 7 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Strong proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel for analytical tasks.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proven expertise in negotiation and vendor relationship management.

Preferred Certifications:

Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt).
APICS CPIM / CSCP or equivalent supply chain certifications.
