Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure seamless integration of rail dispatch with port operations.
Monitor and analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
Drive initiatives to enhance rail infrastructure utilization, ensuring capacity optimization and cost-effectiveness.
Lead coordination with rail service providers and government agencies to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Implement advanced cargo-handling technologies to streamline container dispatch processes.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and operational protocols within the rail dispatch unit.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Provide strategic inputs to the Container Terminal Head for improving overall logistics efficiency and achieving business objectives.

Preferred candidate profile

BE / B Tech / MBA in Logistics / SCM
15+ years of experience in container handling and rail dispatch operations.
Extensive experience in managing logistics operations within port environments.
Proficiency in logistics management software and rail scheduling platforms.
Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale operations and deliver measurable outcomes.
