Job Details Payroll Partner will be Adecco Job Description Key responsibilities: 1. Responsible for maintenance of Equipment, sub stations, Gate, fire pump (Proactive, Preventive, Corrective, Emergency) 2. Attend to breakdowns and fault diagnosis and correction on equipment. 3. Identify the route cause for problem raised or yet to raise during operation by close observation and troubleshooting the same. 4. In-depth knowledge on Engine, Hydraulics, Ropes & Gear box 5. Basic knowledge of Kaizen, Lean, Root Cause Analysis, safety observation, Near miss activity, Job Safety Analysis and Isolation of Equipments 6. Developing and implementing the SOP and Risk Assessments. 7. Implementing maintenance practices to achieve optimum equipment availability with minimum downtime while adhering strictly to safety standards and perform preventive maintenance when equipment is ideal 8. Act as a supervisor in terms of areas of repairs and respond promptly and positively to reported hazards 9. Maintain breakdown/PM/CM records for the shift. 10. Creating a Preventive maintenance Documents for equipment as per their schedule and implementation through the Planned Maintenance Software. 11. Prioritizing the issues as per severity 12. Routine inspection and checks of Emergency Equipment’s i.e., Generators, Fire system and Yard Flood lights. 13. Ensure that the company health, safety & environment policy and procedures are observed. 14. Undertake any specific task / responsibility assigned by superiors and report any abnormality observed on equipment on priority to the Supervisor, 15. Report on any unsafe conditions in the Terminal or area of work. QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES Qualification: 1. BE(or B.Tech)/Diploma –Mechanical Executive: Min 3 Years of relevant experience in heavy lift equipment / container handling equipment. 2. Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel Competency: 2. Good Communication and Report Writing skills 3. LMV/HMV License is added advantage
