Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Operations Management:
Oversee daily packing, loading, unloading, and storage activities, ensuring neatness and efficiency.
Inventory

Control:
Monitor stock levels, conduct audits, manage material movement, and handle discrepancies.
Documentation:
Prepare, verify, and manage shipping documents (packing lists, invoices, labels) and maintain accurate records.
Coordination:
Liaise with production, sales, and customer service to streamline workflows; work with carriers, suppliers, and freight forwarders.
Shipment Tracking:
Monitor outgoing shipments, track progress, update stakeholders, and address delivery issues.
Quality & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to company SOPs, GMP, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Cost & Efficiency:
Implement strategies for cost-effective operations and continuous process improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in logistics, warehouse management, packing & supply chain.
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Logistic & Packing experience in metal industry
Proficiency with warehouse/transport management systems (TMS) and SAP
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure, manage entire logistic , packing management.
