Key Accountabilities
1 Being the IT SPOC for container and non-container Operations at Mundra Port. To understand business expectations with respect to site IT services at Mundra Port, assess current level of IT functionalities, identify and communicate gaps and scope of improvements to the concerned teams.
2 Manage 24X7 operation IT support and adheres to SLA with external partners. Establish and manage 24X7 IT Command and control facility.
3 Ensure 24x7 uptime of IT Applications & Infrastructure through regular governance of maintenance processes
4 Governance of Infrastructure maintenance to ensure the processes are adhered, for example- health checks, Patching, Backup recovery, DC/DR testing.
5 Support Cyber security teams to ensure cyber security requirements are promptly addressed.
6 Support IT Head and Lead in preparation of reports for Daily, Weekly and Monthly meetings.
7 Support IT Head and Lead in Audits and other regulatory topics.
8 Support Business teams in vendor engagement for new solutions and conducting POC.
