Graduate, Postgraduate, bachelors degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Engineering or a related field.
13-15 years of experience in logistics functions, warehouse management with a proven track record. The preference will be to have experience in manufacturing or allied manufacturing- Constructional Heavy Equipment’s.
Strong understanding of logistics principles, warehousing best practices, and transportation methods.
Proficiency in SAP systems and using logistics software like SAP TM and IT systems, MS Office.
Knowledge of Legal Norms, domestic and export documentation, CHA, Logistic knowledge.
Problem Solving, Agility, Communication, people management, Strategic thinking, Analytical skills
The ability to work independently and as a part of a team. Managerial capability to handle team size of 5-6 employees (Direct Control)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
