Job Description

Role & responsibilities - 1. Timely packaging & delivery: Ensure all customer orders are packaged and delivered within the stipulated timelines for the city. 2. Prompt resolution of order issues: Address and resolve issues such as replacements and refunds promptly to maintain customer satisfaction. 3. Timely returns and quality checks: Oversee product returns and get the quality checks conducted to ensure inventory meets SharePal's standards. 4. Inter-warehouse migration of goods: Manage the transfer of goods between warehouses within the city based on demand. 5. Escalation management: Escalate unresolved operational issues to the zone owner and ensure timely follow-ups for resolution.
