Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, etc.
Conduct initial screening calls with potential candidates to assess their suitability for the role.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified resumes.
Manage bulk hiring campaigns from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of results.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to candidate queries and concerns.

Qualifications Required

Bachelors degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency).
Strong sourcing skills with experience using job boards, social platforms, and NGOs and other Campus connects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Kannada is mandatory.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple open roles simultaneously.
