Job Description

Job Title: National Sales Manager

Location: Bangalore - Malleshwaram

Experience: 15-20 Years

Salary: 15-25 LPA

Based in Bangalore, we have been a trusted name in the Incense Stick/Agarbatti industry for over 40 years. With a strong presence across India and a growing export market, we continue to combine tradition with innovation. As part of our FMCG journey, we are looking for a seasoned National Sales Manager to lead our Pan-India sales operations.

Candidate Profile:

15-20 years of experience in the FMCG sector, with at least 15+ years in General Trade.
Proven track record in managing national sales operations and delivering results.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and people management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Knowledge of the incense industry is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive national sales strategies and achieve annual targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate regional sales teams for high performance.
Develop business plans, forecasts, and pricing strategies.
Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, processes, and efficiency.
Represent the brand at trade shows and promotional events.

Skills Required:

Expertise in sales strategy, planning, and execution.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
In-depth understanding of FMCG trends and consumer behavior.
