Designation : Management Trainee

Duration - 6months

Stipend-10K

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Recruitment:
Identifying and attracting potential candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screening & Interviewing:
Reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
Candidate Management:
Maintaining candidate databases, tracking progress, and providing regular updates to hiring managers.
Onboarding:
Coordinating with the new hire and HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Collaboration:
Working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure alignment with company goals.
Employer Branding:
Promoting the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
Market Research:
Staying up-to-date on recruitment trends and best practices.
