Roles & Responsibility:- Identify, prospect, and develop new opportunities with new as well as existing client base in the Staffing and Recruitment Industry. Responsible for connecting with CXO, CEO, Director and Head of Recruitment. Sales and marketing of Collar Search Offshore recruitment specialist services. Reaching out to prospective clients & lead generation through cold calling and client presentations. Setting up Conference calls & Meetings for In-person Discussion about proposals. Effective management of short and long-term sales opportunities. Strong communication skills. Responsible for revenue generation from the various accounts signed up by them. Evolving SLA's specific to client requirements & business processes. Team management & people development if applicable. Identify, develop and close opportunities to grow and expand existing business in current accounts. Achieve established team targets for new sales, database participation and client work. Conduct research to support projects, marketing and new business initiatives when required. Identify and engage necessary resources for account support, communication of new client/market insight, and client feedback.
