Role Overview:

HR Executive / HR Manager

Key Requirements:

Talent Acquisition -

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across roles
• Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Manage job postings and recruitment pipelines

HR Operations -

• Maintain HRMS records and employee data
• Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation
• Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance

Employee Engagement & Culture -

• Execute employee engagement activities and surveys
• Address employee queries and support grievance redressal
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment

Performance & Policy -

• Support performance review cycles
• Implement HR policies and ensure company-wide adherence
• Assist in training & development initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Good understanding of HR processes & HR best practices
• Experience in recruitment and HR operations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office; HRMS tools preferred
