Hiring Human Resource Executive For A Leading Firm Location: Pune Experience: 1+ Years Job description 1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. Oversee the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding. Work closely with department heads to understand workforce requirements and ensure timely manpower planning. 2. Employee Engagement & Culture Development Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture. Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance motivation, job satisfaction, and retention. Conduct employee feedback surveys and implement action plans based on insights. 3. Performance Management & Talent Development Drive the performance management process, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms. Identify training and development needs and implement learning programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. Develop leadership and succession planning programs for key roles. 4. HR Operations & Compliance Ensure HR policies, processes, and procedures are in line with company goals and industry best practices. Oversee payroll, employee benefits, and compensation structures to maintain competitiveness and fairness. Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies. 5. Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing grievances, disputes, and disciplinary matters. Implement fair and transparent HR practices to maintain a harmonious work environment. Develop strategies for improving employee retention and reducing attrition. 6. HR Analytics & Reporting Track and analyze key HR metrics such as attrition rates, hiring trends, employee satisfaction, and productivity. Prepare and present HR reports and insights to management for data-driven decision-making. Implement HR technology solutions for efficient workforce management.
