Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end HR operations for Flipkart's warehouses, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll processing.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., logistics) to ensure seamless integration of HR processes with business objectives.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall welfare within the organization.
Provide guidance on labor laws and regulations applicable to Flipkart's operations in India.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-4 years of experience as an HRBP or similar role in a fast-paced environment (preferably from ecommerce industry).
Strong understanding of HRBP principles and practices; knowledge of Indian labor laws is essential.
Excellent communication skills; ability to work effectively at all levels within the organization.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel); familiarity with TeamLease payroll software is desirable.
