Job Description

Role & responsibilities Talent Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, and internal referrals). Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and short-list potential candidates. Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews with candidates and coordinate with hiring managers. Job Postings: Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms. Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database and ensure proper documentation of recruitment activities. Interview Feedback: Collect feedback from interviewers and provide relevant reports to HR leadership. Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires by preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Reporting & Analytics: Assist in preparing recruitment metrics and reports on hiring trends, candidate sources, and other relevant data. Preferred candidate profile 0-2 years of experience or internship exposure in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition. Knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) is a plus.
