Role & responsibilities Responsibilities: Lead and develop robust applications using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core . Design and implement scalable APIs, microservices, and back-end systems. Mentor and guide a team of developers, ensuring best practices and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet technical and business requirements. Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and adherence to development standards. Troubleshoot, optimize, and ensure high performance and security of applications. Contribute to architecture decisions, sprint planning, and project timelines. Foster continuous improvement and learning within the development team. Requirements: Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework and related technologies. Proven ability to lead teams, mentor developers, and provide technical guidance. Expertise in developing RESTful APIs , microservices, and integrating with front-end systems. Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server ) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
