Workday Solution Architect-4D Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant Workday Solutions architect In this role, you will be responsible for project management activities for a Workday HCM project which requires knowledge and understanding of the HCM modules. Moreover, awareness of the integrations and coordination with multiple teams is expected. Responsibilities Functional expertise about all Workday modules • Extensive experience as Workday functional SME • Extensive overall years of experience • Workday certified is a plus • Lead/Architect experience preferred • Workday Extend knowledge is a plus • Prepare Training Material, SOPs etc for Workday • Prepare Test Scripts, and perform Testing Workday HCM functionality & configuration • Impart training to users on Workday Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications BE/MBA/M.Tech • Should have experience in Workday Financial Implementation and Support Preferred Qualifications/ Skills • Extensive experience with Workday HCM modules is critical. • Commanding knowledge in HR domain and Business Process Flows. • Proficiency with business processes including Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent Management, Advanced Compensation, Absence Management required. • Experience in leading and execution of testing in all the cycles of the project. • Good communication and customer facing skills. • Tried capability in designing solutions and providing process consulting
