• Catering to the Inbound/Outbound/Renewal for client
• Solving the queries of clients who reaches out on the Toll-Free Number
• Assisting on Quotes, Inspections and arranging for payment links and sharing issued policies
• Processing all customer purchases accordingly.
• Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and Services.
• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer
• rejections.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
• Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
• Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services

Backend Executive -

• Coordinating with the Tele-calling team.
• Arranging for inspections, reports follow up and sharing the reports with team.
• Coordinating with the Operations team for links to be followed up and checking all cases for correct documentation.
• Follow-up on clients documentation and status update.

EDUCATION

• Any Graduate or Undergraduate
• Fresher (Good Communication Skills)
