Key Responsibilities

• Make and receive international calls related to medical billing and insurance.
• Communicate with insurance providers to check claim status and payment details.
• Assist in resolving billing-related queries professionall.
• Update and maintain accurate call and claim information in the system.
• Follow company guidelines and data privacy standards (HIPAA).
• Meet quality and performance targets after training
  

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Any graduate or undergraduate ffrom 2023 - 2026 batches (freshers welcome).
• Good communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work in night shifts / US time zones.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
