NIIT Hiring Freshers for International Customer Service (Voice Process)

About NIIT:

Job Role:

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from US clients.
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain service quality and follow company policies.

Location:

Salary:

Eligibility:

Education: BA, BSc, BBA, BCom graduates or undergraduates (distance learners also welcome).
Not eligible: B.Tech/BE, MBA, or specialized degrees.
Age: 18–31 years
Good spoken English and basic computer skills
Must be open to night shifts (US timings)
