Hiring For Zonal HR (Only Males Can apply)

Position: Zonal HR BFSI Sector Location: Preferably Jaipur | Must be open to travel across 13 branches (15 days/month) Experience Required: Experienced in BFSI or a related industry Salary: 32,000 to 40,000 per month + Incentives Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Zonal HR professional to manage recruitment and HR operations across multiple branch locations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in bulk hiring, campus recruitment, and sales hiring , especially within the BFSI or Insurance industry. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment (70% Focus): Drive high-volume hiring, campus drives, and recruitment for frontline sales roles. Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. Coordinate with internal teams to align hiring with business needs. HR Operations (30% Focus): Ensure smooth onboarding and training of new employees. Support HR compliance and documentation as per industry standards. Maintain and update HR records and reports efficiently. Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel to different branches for approximately 15 days a month . Candidate Requirements: Experience: 2-7 years of relevant experience in the BFSI, Insurance, or similar sectors. Knowledge: Familiarity with BFSI compliance, operational procedures, and industry trends. Skills: Strong verbal and written communication (Hindi & English) Excellent organizational and time management abilities Proficient in stakeholder engagement and coordination Preferences: Male candidates with a BFSI or Insurance background are preferred.
