Roles & Responsibilities: Workday Recruitment

• Lead and manage end-to-end implementations and enhancements of the Workday Recruitment module.
• Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to understand requirements and provide scalable Workday-based solutions.
• Configure and maintain Workday recruitment workflows, job requisitions, job postings, offer templates, and onboarding tasks.
• Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements based on best practices.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to the Workday Recruitment module.
• Participate in testing (unit, integration, UAT) and ensure successful deployment of solutions.
• Conduct training and knowledge transfer to HR users and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and data governance standards within Workday.

Must-Have Certifications

• Workday HCM core.
• Workday Recruitment.

Experience & Background

• BE/ B.Tech / M Tech/ MBA/ MCA from an accredited college/university.
• Candidate should have 4+ of experience in IT
• Professional Experience of at least 3 years in implementing or supporting Workday
• Has completed at least 1 end to end Workday implementation as a Core HCM/ Specialization Module consultant

Required Skills/Experience:

• Proven experience in at least one full-cycle Workday Recruitment implementation or major enhancement.
• In-depth knowledge of recruiting processes, workflows, and best practices.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Experience on other modules like Absence, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Learning is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills ability to manage and analyze large, complex datasets, iLoads, & EIBs.
• Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level.
• Good to have exposure as a contributor in all phases of Workday implementation.
